I don’t know if I’ll ever get to Paris, but an article in the LA Times certainly has inspired me. According to Karen Leland, “In the City of Light, the pastries are multilayered works of art. Three of the best places to surrender to sugar are Pierre Hermé, Lenôtre and Gérard Mulot.”
